It is really important for the future health and wellbeing of the Bracco Italiano that we collect and monitor the health and any recurring potential issues within the breed.
This EYE Survey is for owners to advise of any specific EYE issues that they have encountered with their dog. We also want anyone owning a Bracco Italiano who has NOT experienced any issues to let us know, so we can build a true understanding of any issues in the breed and possible trends. All personal data provided, either dog or owner, will be completely confidential.
You do not need to be a member of the club to participate, please take just a few minutes to complete the below few questions.
