It is really important for the future health and wellbeing of the Bracco Italiano that we collect and monitor the health and any recurring potential issues within the breed, as well as the good health of the breed, so please complete this form even if you have not had any issues with your Bracco.
This Health Survey is for owners with specific health issues that they have encountered with their dog, or to notify us of dogs with no issues. This will enable the Bracco Italiano Club to record and collate any health issues and to provide valuable information on the current health status of our breed. All personal data provided, either dog or owner is completely confidential.
You do not need to be a member of the club to participate, please take just a few minutes to complete the attached form.
