CHANGE OF DATE – AGM Notification and Calling Notice 2026

The Club has written to it’s members informing them of our upcoming AGM which will be held via Zoom online via at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 8 September 2026.
Fully paid-up members who wish to attend the AGM should reply to this email to request the Zoom joining details. These will be sent to registered attendees before the meeting.
Only fully paid-up members are eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.
The final agenda, minutes of the previous AGM, annual accounts and details of valid nominations and proposals will be circulated in accordance with the Club’s rules.

The Club has confirmed their Annual General Meeting and sent out a Calling Notice to all their members.
The AGM will be held viz Zoom on the 8th September 2024 at 19.30 hours.

The meeting is scheduled for the 8th September at 19:30 hrs.

The Club were really hoping to announce a rescheduled in person AGM but unfortunately venue and committee members availability has meant that we have instead opted for an online AGM instead which will be held on Thursday the 29th September at 19:00 hours.
